Currently, Avadhara Jewels does not offer customized or personalized jewellery. All items are ready-made collections designed to suit modern and traditional styles.

Absolutely. Avadhara pieces are crafted to shine beautifully both in person and on camera.

Follow these 6 simple steps to maximise the life and brilliance of your Avadhara jewellery:

  • 1. Avoid water contact — Remove before bathing, swimming, washing dishes, or working out. Water is the #1 cause of premature tarnishing.
  • 2. Apply perfume and lotion first — Put on your jewellery after your perfume, hairspray, and lotion have fully dried.
  • 3. Wipe after wearing — Gently wipe each piece with a soft, dry cloth after removing. This removes sweat and skin oils that can dull the finish.
  • 4. Store separately — Keep each piece in the provided pouch or a soft cloth bag. Avoid storing multiple pieces together where they can scratch each other.
  • 5. Avoid chemicals — Keep away from swimming pool water (chlorine), cleaning products, and beauty treatments.
  • 6. Keep cool and dry — Store away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat. A cool, dry drawer or jewellery box is ideal.

Following these steps consistently can extend the life of your anti-tarnish coating significantly — making your Avadhara jewellery last for years.

We recommend removing jewellery before bathing, swimming, or engaging in activities involving water to help preserve its finish and appearance.

All Avadhara jewellery is carefully packed in a durable protective jewellery box and securely wrapped with bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery. Our packaging helps protect your jewellery during transit while keeping it neatly presented upon arrival.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes — Avadhara offers free shipping on all orders across India with no minimum order value required. You always pay ₹0 for delivery, whether you order one pair of earrings or a complete bridal jewellery set.

Address changes may be possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery timelines vary based on product availability and destination. Estimated delivery information will be provided during checkout.

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days
  • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days (most metro cities 3–5 days)
  • Remote pin codes: Up to 10 business days

All orders are dispatched with a tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your delivery in real time. For urgent orders — weddings, functions, or gifting — contact us on WhatsApp (+91 8008367592) and we will advise on the fastest available shipping option for your pin code.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email. You can track your order directly through the courier's website using this tracking number.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible products that are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories. All returned items are subject to a quality inspection before approval.

Yes. We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability and our eligibility requirements. The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email avadharajewels@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Clear photographs of the product (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers may be required to provide bank account details for verification purposes.

Approved cancellation refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.

We strive to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, finish, stone placement, texture, or appearance due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of certain designs are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery
  • Sale, discounted, promotional, clearance, or special-offer items
  • Gift cards and complimentary gifts
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, perfume exposure, makeup stains, or misuse

Exception: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may still qualify for a replacement.

No. Many Avadhara jewellery designs are exclusive designer pieces produced in limited quantities. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another suitable resolution.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Avadhara will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Once your returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Products that are worn, damaged after delivery, altered, missing original packaging, tags, or accessories may fail inspection and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Such items may be returned to the customer.
